The evolution of digital identity with Intercede
Intercede approached us to update their existing software range to align with new merchandise and to directly combat issues associated with legacy products.
In collaboration with Intercede’s Chief Technology Officer and Marketing Team, we created an exhaustive user interface system to sit at the heart of Intercede’s software product development, providing a solid framework for future smart device integration.
Our approach reviewed their current suite of applications and identified layout inconsistencies and navigational issues.
Working closely with Intercede’s team and fully embracing their users, we delivered a series of hi-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to truly test our solution.
Our proposal allowed for the consistency between applications and continuity with Intercede’s marketing collateral.
Usability improvements were also addressed to provide their users with the best possible experience and ease of use.
